i know this seems a bit of a noob question

but for nearly all last year i was gyming like mad, started proper on weights around march, was doing lots of cardio before that.
from around september to the start of december i was in a lazy spell but still managed doing weights around twice a week on average and played soccer for an hour once a week. from around december 10th i havent done anything mainly because i was moving abroad at the start of january which i did.

getting a car in a few days so first thing i am doing is joining a gym.

when i stopped i was doing a lot of bicep, tricep and chest weights and i was for me lifting a heavy weight, i was lifting 22.5 kg dumbells and benching around 65kg and the bendy bar, cant remember the name, i was doing 25kg for the back of my hands.

now the break of over 2 months has me wondering just how long will it take me to get back to lifting these weights, my hands have got smaller and softer and i was taking protein shakes.

i am thinking a month and i should be back to what i was doing, would i be right or far off the mark with the month as i know it is a lot easier to lose it than to gain it.
