    Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone know of things you could take to help stay focused during study.
Im not talking about anything illegal or dangerous.

Things like green tea, maybe nootropics if anyone has ever heard of them.

What would be a good brand of green tea to buy?
    Do tesco sell anything decent?

I have caffeine tablets that i used take before games.
    Any opinions on them?
    Thanks

A decent multi-vitamin in the weeks prior to exam-time will decrease the chances of you coming down with anything that will affect your study time / performance.

I would recommend Rhodiola Rosea, You should be able to get it in most health food shops. It helps the body adapt to stress of any kind (mental, physical etc) I found it excellent during my own exams.

I would also avoid any stimulants such as caffeine, will only make you more anxious or cloud the mind.

Drink plenty water and get a decent amount of sleep

All of the big shops should stock green tea. Tesco and Dunnes definitely have it. Clipper or Twinings do good green tea.

I wouldnt recommend usin any supplements

*Priortise your study - start with your easiest subjects
*Dont stay up late crammin - you wont take in anything new, and you'll forget what you already knew
    *Get lots of sleep
    *Take time out to relax
*Train your brain with a DS! - It really does work, and the new one even has a game for relaxin your brain. I did similar by playin Solitaire to relax the head around exam times, worked a charm
*Remove any distractions - dont have a telly or music on, and try stay off ur phone

    thanks for that.

Early bed isnt really a runner. ive a full time job to juggle as well.
You know you can get used to 4 hours sleep a day. lol ;)

Im not really nervous at all, i just need something to keep my mind focused for a bigger chunk of the day. Green tea works well. I got the peppermint twinnings stuff. Is peppermint different/better/worse to green tea/vanilla tea?
    What is the difference?

No time for games either. I remember in college, i used play minesweeper for like 8 hours straight. Needless to say it didnt help much with my exams lol :)

    Thanks again guys...
