Tips for a beginner

    Hey lads,
Just read the sticky at the top on the tips but I just wanted to expand on that. I'm looking to bulk up a little. I have a pretty fast metabolism so I hardly gain much weight although I'm an average weight as it is.

I really want to bulk up and put some muscle on over the next 6 months or longer if needs be.

At the moment I don't have access to regular gym facilities but was wondering if it's possible to get fit with some home equipment like dumbells etc.

Any advice on what I should do and what I need without spending too much money?

Also, should I be taking Whey Protein/Creatine (If so, which one? And what brand?)

I eat pretty healthly. Have nearly a litre of milk a day, don't eat too much junk food, I do drink fizzy drinks regularly but also balance out with juices etc.

I do try to eat every 3-4 hours as the sticky said but sometimes when I wake up I'm just not bothered to eat for a few hours :P

So lads, any help at all? It'd be much appreciated :)
