Just wondering if anyone else has the problem of trying to find time to eat?
I've a 3000 kcal daily diet to keep up and trying to find the time to eat, between work, commuting, etc. I don't get home until about 6pm, hit the gym until about 8/9pm. Don't really feel like starting to cook chicken/rice, etc after that.
Has anyone found a way to fit it all in and not feel like you're eating constantly!
