    Please critique my diet below.

I train for MMA, rugby and weights (squats, deads, bench, pullups) as follows and my goal is power and bulk. I am currently 90kg (6ft2). Issues I am having are energy levels on some trainng nights, also not sure if i am getting enough/too much cals.
    MON AM - Weights
    TUE PM- MMA
WED AM - Weights, PM - Rugby
    THU PM - MMA
    FRI
    SAT - Rugby match
    SUN - <treat day,eat what i like>

I also do a quick core/flexibility session most mornings (15 mins).

    Here's my diet...
0715 Shake (milk, scoop whey, 5g creatine, blueberries, strawberries, half banana, 1 dspoon natural yoghurt, squirt of honey, 1 dspoon ground flaxseed)
    Vitamins (Multi, chromium)
    1000 Porridge
1230 Roll (Brown roll with (chicke&ham OR tuna&sweetcorn) & lettuce)
    1400 Cup of green tea
1600 Handful of Mixed nuts & Apple
    1800 Chicken wrap w/lettuce
1900 Pre workout drink (Nutrition X Explode II)
    1930 <Training>
2100 PWO shake (Scoop of whey, 5gs creatine)
2130 Stir fry chicken (with brocolli, corn on the cob, maybe wholemeal pita)
    Vitamins (EFA, Zinc+vitc tab, glucosamine)
    2230 Tub of cottage cheese

    Any advice / tips?

Holy s**t, I'd have energy problems if I had that sort of training program too.

Looks like a decent enough diet, stick it into fitday.com to get an idea of the cals and check the stickies to work out what you need to be getting.
