    Hi Guys,

I have recently heard that running everyday will significant age your face due to the strain on your neck and forehead. Has anyone ever heard of this before? Any thoughts on the matter?

If you run really fast ALL of the time then surely your skin will always be stretched back towards your ears, no?

Even if it were true, and I doubt it is, I think I'll take the chance of looking a little older.
