Routine for me?

    Hi, I'm looking to build up some muscle in the next few months before the summer hits. I've got my diet in order I think and Ive been going to the gym every 2nd day, but now I want to try go maybe 4 times a week and concentrate on different muscle groups each day to allow me to do this. I have basic ideas of some of the exercises i'd like to do, its just a matter of putting them together in some sort of routine for day one, day two etc. I was hoping someone here could help me out with that!?

    Shoulders - Shrugs

    Back - Bent over rows

    Chest - Push ups, Incline Press,

    Pull Ups

    Triceps - Dips, Close grip pulldowns

    Biceps - Curls

    Legs - Lunges

    Abs - Sit ups with medical ball, Plank

    They are some of the excercises I know, any additions and suggestions are welcome! There only dumbells in the gym so I cant do deadlift or squats unfortunately so the starting strength program isnt much good to me:(
