There are loads of videos on youtube - just do a search. :)

You need to increase the amount of food you eat. I am a "naturally" skinny person so I eat well over 4,000 calories per day to bulk... and they would be clean calories from the likes of chicken breasts, low fat cottage cheese, eggs, etc.

Any info on good basic programme to start this process of bulking myself up?

Don't get too concerned with programmes. Bulking and building muscle are simple things. The experts just want you to think they're complex so you'll buy their books. :)

This is my diet on an average day -

10.00 - Large bowl of porridge with full fat milk.
    11.00 - Protein shake
13.00 - 1 x Chicken breast, brown rice, random vegetable
17.00 - Chicken soup, 6 x crackers with low fat cottage cheese
20.00 - 2 x Chicken breast (or fillet steak), brown rice, random vegetable
22.00 - Some sort of snack, perhaps a tin of tuna

Note I marinate my chicken breasts so they taste different every day. I don't drink alcohol or eat any sort of junk food, in particular caffeine. In my experiments, I've found caffeine makes me lose weight.

At the moment I'm doing a fairly small workout -

    Shoulder press (dumbells)
    Military press (barbell)
    Bench press (barbell)
    Chest fly (cables)
    Hammer curls (dumbells)
    Bent over row (dumbells)
    Wrist curls (dumbells)
    Tricep dips
    Plank

Takes less than an hour. Note I'm not doing any leg work due to a snowboarding injury! Also note I lift weights - I'm not a body builder.

I came across this in a previous thread. Would this be a good promgramme to use? http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224

Starting strength is good alright, but make sure you have your diet in order, or else all your lifting will be a waste of time.

I really believe diet is 80% of the battle.

I understand that diet is a big part of it. What do you recommend i add to my diet? Is that Chicken soup just the packet soups witch you add hot water to? Which protien shake would you recommend for me? Cheers for all you help Aarrgh its really appreciated.

No packet soup. Basically you should try to remove as much processed food as possible. If you eat a lot of natural food, in particular natural food with high protein content, you won't go too wrong.

The protein shake I use is Big Whey by NutritionX. It's good value and does the trick.
