Getting back into it..

Stopped regular training almost a year ago - had no gym to use :(
Want to get back into it.

    Male. 23.
    When I stopped training I weighed 67kgs.
    My best bench(ever) was 82.5kg
    Deadlift around 90kg
    Squat - lucky to push 60kg x 4 reps.

So this time around I think I'm going to focus more - a lot more on leg development.
Building size in my legs is top priority.
However I know I'll just fall back into Benching and upper body after a few weeks.
Basically all I want is to gain size in leg area.
    Best way to approach this?
