One of the agents came to my house to try to sell me some. She was very excited about how much protein it contained and was very surprised when I examined the labels carefully and found it actually also contains a lot of sugar (second ingredient).

When you've finished your current tub, I'd get down to a good supplement shop and buy some decent whey protein. That will give you the same amount of protein as the Herbalife, but allow you enough spare calories to eat some real food as well.

Personally, I don't think meal replacement diets are suitable for athletes. If you are training hard, you should be eating real food.

    Hi Darren,

I'm using Herbalife too! I went on it originally to lose weight but now I just have it for breakfast for nutrition - My coach told me that if training best to have half a herbalife smoothie before (30 minutes) and half after the work out
    Hope this helps!
