Here's a guide to the calories in various alcohols

I think as a general guide the higher the proof, the less calories.

2560 kCals in one litre of Jack Daniels. Sweet! Next time I bulk I'm gonna use this instead of a gallon of milk!

I love both but having them together sounds like a recipe for a puketastic time. :)

Those spirit measures are UK size(25ml). Add 50% calories for Irish shorts (37.5ml). (We can hold our drink!)

    Great for cutting so.

These threads seem to come up every so often. I think a very important point to emphasize is that people should look at what they eat on nights out too. Kebabs and general chipper cr4p aren't going to be good for your waistline regardless of what you're drinking.

Yep, most beer bellies are not made in the pub, they should really be called chipper bellies.

Beware of online calorie counting sites, measures can be different as mentioned, but also recipes vary from country to country. Heineken in holland is 5% so has more calories than the stuff here which is usually 4.3%, also even at the same % there can be variations.
