Please can someone help me. I have a Pye DVD Recorder, Model 665. It's about 2/3 years old. I have it connected to my Sky+ Box and record programmes no problem, but sometimes they don't play on other DVD players, so I have to copy them on to the computer and 're-burn'. I have to do the same thing with some already recorded…

Please can someone help me.

I have it connected to my Sky+ Box and record programmes no problem, but sometimes they don't play on other DVD players, so I have to copy them on to the computer and 're-burn'.
I have to do the same thing with some already recorded DVDs. For instance, I got loads of BBC costume drama DVDs, and they won't play. Again, I have to copy on to my computer and 're-burn' onto a DVD-RW. Sometimes even DVDs that I have bought wont play.
Any help, please?
