    Hello Lads

Is there anywhere around Dublin to buy whey protein & creatine that I can actually call into the store rather than buying on the net? Also can anybody advise on a good whey protein along with creatine?

Currently using H&B whey post workout & after breakfast but from reading reviews about H&B whey that its not the best ?Currently working out 3 times a week with weights sticking to compound excersizes such as bench press, dead lift & squats. Also spend two days a week kickboxing & running.

Was thinking of using creatine to boost recovery but is it advisable to only use this supplement at month at a time?

Have to agree. Buy online and you will save a lot of dough. The sterling rate is good against the euro at present to. Check out Universalnutrition.co.uk. They have a sale on at the moment. Save your hard earned cash and buy from the UK. Its not as if money is easy to come by these days

Nutrition X big whey and creatine. RRP is e65 for a 6lb(91 servings) tub of big whey and e30 for the creatine(100 servings). Thats good value in itslef but there are loads of Irish suppliers and websites that do deals on these. Very good quality supplements.
