Hi OP, I've moved your post to Fitness where it will probably get better replies.

Can you outline what your current eating habits are, what weight/ height you are now and what kind of training you are doing? :)

What height and weight are you? What kind of exercise do you do at the moment and what foods do you eat?

    Been there, done that.

For me (I needed to lose about 3 stone), it was easy. Forget about your fancy pants diets and stick to the Billy Connolly diet -

    "Eat Less and Move More".

It was fairly easy when I put my mind to it. I made a point of eating less than 2000 calories day and jogged at sweat inducing pace at least 25 minutes x 3 days week. It took about 5 months to lose 2 stone, but feel worlds better for it. Still working on that last 1 stone, and naturally that last one stone is proving harder to lose.

But that was just me. I'm sure it will be different for everyone though, and your current weight / fitness level will have a large effect on your results.

Take care and dont give up.

An identical thread to this one has been appearing on another board I subscribe to. After a day or so someone else will register with tales of an unbelievable treatment that will take off the weight rapidly. Of course...
