    Hi Guys,
Basically I got hold of a cross trainer. I have lost a stone & half last 3 months by eating right.
But I still have a fairly big belly IMO and flabby look. In wondering would a cross trainer be good for my needs (ie helping lose the flabby look.
Its just that I know running would be better but i would rather the crosstrainer?

Weight lifting is your best bet to tighten up. No matter how light a person is, they're still flabby looking without muscle to add (attractive) muscle tone and a pleasing shape.

Have you got much of a budget to play with?

Go for the cross trainer mate.
I used to walk past it and use the threadmill, but i twisted my knee. The cross is a great no impact, upper and lower body workout.
Just as good as a threadmill in my opinion.

Hey Guys so i hopped on the Cross Trainer For the first time. Thers few thing on screen. E.g Speed, Time and Calories.

There 2 types of of Calories Display.. Calories & Fat Calories . Im just wondering how accurate are the displays usually?? Also I presumed fat cals is the one to look out for.. I spent 17 minutes on it fair intense and burned off 100 cals according to the display.
