Hows it goin guys? Just dropping by to get some more advice of you guys....

Living away from home for the next 2 months or so and its in quite a rural area with just a small gym were the dumb-bells ony go up to 15kgs. Its quite frustrating because back in Dublin I was making good progress with all my major lifts and know I feel im going to loose all the gains that I made and go backwards.

So im just wondering is there anyway,in which I coud keep ticking over for the next few weeks just even to stay in shape?

    Thanks :)

You could go running for general fitness. As for the weights, you could do pistol spuats, pullups, and incline pushups and dips. Google bodyweight exercises for more.

With the few i recommended you're getting an ok full body workout considering. im sure others wil have some more good suggestions.
