    well i dont wanna get slated for this ok , this is for people who go the gym on their own and weight around 280lbs and wanna lose weight

    im tryingto set up like a leage where people post up their weight and measurements every monday and set targets ie who can cycle 20km the fastest or how far can you run in 5 mins etc

    i lack motivation on my own , so if i know these people are doing the same as i am and posting there details every monday it makes u not wanna be last

    no prizes involved so no need to lie

    Hmmmm interestin i cud be up for this. 284lbs cud be up for losing fair bit now. Whats ur target?

    How and where will you keep track of this?

    I don't think limiting it to people who are 280lbs will work... what about a person who's 5' 4", and weighs 200lbs... still want to lose weight but they're automatically out as they're not as heavy as required.

    target is to lose as much as possible :)

    people will mail me every monday with weight in lbs and body measurements and when i receive them all i will then send it to them so they can see how others did and little league table of who lost the most so far etc

    Why don't you just use The Boards Better Body Super Challenge thread. It seems a lot more straight forward.
