Diet & Natural Body Building

    So I just realised a few days ago after watching some video's on youtube that Diet seems to be 80% of the requirement for weight lose. I generally go the gym 3/5 days a week. 3 Days of Cardio & 2 Days of Weights. So I have been looking at Natural Body Building as the best system for me to lose weight & tone up. Im not looking to bulk up because I am a very tall & have huge shoulders as it stands. So this system seems like the best for me personnally.

    Does anyone have experience with a Metabolic Diet & Natural Body Building (Ie. Not Steriods). I seen that I must eat every 2 hours to get my Metabolism to go into overdrive. Now I also know I cant eat Red Meats because even lean Red Meat has large ammounts of Fat in them so my meals will mainly consist of many different types of fish & chicken with a small ammount of dark greens & some complex carbs in my early meals.

    Any advice on how effective this is. Objective here is to lose weight & tone my muscle mass. This is also a Health choice because I am paraniod about what I eat & have cut out nearly all junk food from my diet (apart from the odd hickup). NBB & Heathly living seem to work together very well.
