seeing as though there seems to be a lot of disdain on this forum for people who do bicep curls, and it seems to be frowned upon, I was just wondering what weight everyone here can lift when they do bicep curls? and state how much you weigh just to keep things in perspective. Presumably it won't be much since a lot of people seem to neglect or not do this exercise at all. I can lift about 10kg and I weight 11.5 stone, but I'm only starting out :o

I know you don't eat muffins but how many muffins can you eat at one sitting?

    Thread fail.

Edit: Sorry I'm being mean. I just don't get the purpose of this thread? Why the interest?

Depends how hungry I am. If I've just had my dinner then 12.4% of a muffin. If very hungry then 89.9% of a muffin.

    * Assumption is that these are blueberry muffins. If choc then the numbers are wildy different and your screen would not be large enough to fit them all in.
