besides a mortgage I owe around 46grand...got engaged last year and got myself helicopter licence. Its not often you get to blow 46g's in 2 months...and I would do it again with half the chance:D

I have €750 in savings coming out every month.
Another €150 for Royal Liver.
Another €300 for my pension.

Another €100 owed to the family.

I worked alot from 1st-3rd year, start of each year I'd take out a loan for my full years rent. So, instead of paying out €60 odd quid from my wages, I'd be paying €15 odd quid to the bank, therefore giving me a good disposable income. I then qualified for a mature student grant in my final year. Any of the loans I got were never spent on booze btw !

I worked for the first 3 years, worked fulltime for a year before going back to do my BA. I still had to take out a loan. Got the mature students grant too in year 4.

I'm sure I will be owing for the rest of my life
