Fat burning - What would work best ?

Just wondering what weight training people find burns most calories during and post work out.

I do a circuit at the moment that is made up of 12-15 reps x 3 of multiple excersise - chest (Bench press), back (cable pully & lat pull down), legs (leg press), shoulders (dumbells) etc.

Is hitting these groups 3 times per session enough to burn optimal calories?

If anyone knows good/different methods of training these groups targeting weight loss let me know.

For legs would squats or dead lift work better then leg press?

For chest what would work better? Flys, inclined BP or Declined???

    For back .....?

Not really gonna lose alot of fat doing weights alone- keep ur routine but add Cardio- specifically High intensity interval training for maximum fat loss over time!

from my experience, it's what you eat and not your training that will cause fat loss, I'd say 70% diet 30% exercise

depends on how intense the exercise is really.

try a clean and press, military press.
use compund exercises instead of isolation ones.
do super sets, i.e. After doing a bench press, immediately do a BB row with little to no rest, then rest and repeat.
