2 chinup bars as parallel bars at the side of your house

Dunno if I mentioned this idea before, but get 2 removable chin up bars like these and you could set them up in the lane/"side passage" of you house. You would need to paint the holding cup things with hammerite and remove the bars to stop rust.

I expect some dip stations might be a little unstable if you are doing really energetic fast dips, these should be very secure, and easily take high loads since each bar takes 95kg.

In my old house there was a shared wall. But now I am beside my neighbours house, so would have to ask before I go drilling in their house! I know some just twist them out with no holder screwed in, but I do not like that setup.

My bedroom has an entrance with 2 walls close together so it could go there, but I have not seen many houses like this.

If you cannot drill the neighbours and do not want to do your own, you could get planks of wood and drill or carve out 2 receivers like the ones you usually screw on the wall. The wood should be resting on the ground placed up against the 2 walls. Now the bars go in and twist out, the pressure keeps the wood pressed against the wall, and they are held up by the wood.

This way you now have spare recievers so you can use one of the chinup bars as normal.

If you are able to drill the wood at angles then you could have non parallel bars, which I much prefer.
