a good place to run around tallaght

    Hi all,

    i'm not sure if this is the right place to post but i can't seem to find a running forum.
    i live in blessington and my friend in stoneybatter, wondering if anyone knows any good places to run around tallaght or that general area. i love running in the phoenix park but it would be great to find somewhere closer. thanks for any help,

    The park on the Old Bawn Road, just before the Old Mill pub.

    hey thanks sprostongreen, that was quick. i'm not sure exactly where that is but i will check it out tomorrow. any other spots around you also like?

    Check out mapmyrun.com there's a good few runs mapped out around Tallaght on there if you have a search. Its a great site if you are just taking up running.

    Theres a running and tri club who run in Tallaght on Wednesdays I think if that interests you. http://www.naaswheelworxtc.com/index.php I never ran with them myself but it looks like an interesting group
