submitting first six chapters to poolbeg

Hi, I'm posting off my first six chapters and synopsis to poolbeg tomorrow. Anyone one know if the pages should be bounded or loose. I have all pages numbered as directed on their website but is loose ok? Tried to contact them but no response. Tomorrow is my last day to submit. Thanks.

Loose, definitely not bound, at most a paperclip, but loose is best.

Just make sure the pages are numbered.
