    Hello all, firstly, if my questions can be answered by previous threads, please refer me.

    So I used work out fairly regular, about 4 times a week. It was jogging, bench, free weights and sit ups. But about a year ago I slackened and then eventually stopped.

    What I want to do is start back and build some muscle starting with my upper body, specifically my pecks and arms.
    So can someone help me to build a routine for fast building of muscle in those areas. I want to start on shakes or supplements too if it helps.

    My main goal here is to build some muscle as fast as possible.
    Any help is much appreciated.
