Can't fall asleep

In the last week I'm finding it really hard to fall asleep at night. Regardless of what time I go to bed, whether early or late, I still end up lying awake for an hour or 2 before I actually manage to fall asleep. Then I'm wrecked the next day! And it's not as if I do 'nothing' during the day. While I work 'indoors', I still take regular exercise each evening, and make sure to get fresh air throughout the day as that normally helps. I don't drink coffee and I eat healthily. But none of the above is working. Has anyone got any suggestions?

Could be your regular evening exercise which is the problem. Exercise it stimulates the body and mind and raises your temperature, which can interfere with sleep.
Do the exercise in the mornings.;)
