Based on my work situation I currently wont have access to any weight lifting equipment for the next month or two.

I have a fair chunk of weight to lose so I would hope to continue with cardio for that period of time.

Would the average person lose a lot of muscle (assuming they're not inducing too much of a calorie defecit) over this time period by doing cardio only ? Or would it be best to do the cardio but supplement BW exercises to it to try maintain what muscle is there ?

Sorry if i'm being a bit vague ill provide more details if required.

    Thanks in advance

you should not lose much if any muscle by just doing cardio in the short term, keep the proein up and do some weight bearing exercises to help maintain your muscles, sit ups, press ups, squats, dips etc..

Cheers cowzerp - I had a feeling that over such a short period of time that muscle loss would be pretty minimal.

I'm was just worried I may end up going from fat to skinny fat (as I have done a couple of times in the past) by not paying attention to the weights.
