I like the idea but you need to be a pit more specific...

Cheese, can be very very good (cottage) to very very bad(not a cheese person but im sure someone could throw 1 in

Ham....boiled ham, packet ham, chickn n ham roll?

    Sausages, again big variety

Or you could look at the label, and read the information under the headings
    Ingredients and Nutritional information.

    sausages-Fullof fat and salt
rashers -Full of fat and salt
    puddings-Full of filler,fat and salt
    bacon-Full of salt
pork chops-Good protein, maybe fatty but shouldnt contain salt
ham-Depends on the type.Deli ham is full of preservatives, fat and salt
lamp chops-Can be fatty but good protein
steak-An excellent source of protein, choose lean cuts eg sirloin
    cheese-Good source of calcium
brown bread-Many different types.Good wholegrains are a good source of complex carbs and roughage.

excuse the foreigner - whats the difference between rashers and bacon (as would call rashers back in Scotland)? Do you mean Gammon?

Rashers is what we irish call slivers of bacon(back, streaky etc.
Gammon is either a joint(also called pale bacon or ham) or a steak(usually called Ham Steak).
