    Hi,

Just a quick question, how soon after overcoming the flu (and it is Proper Flu:cool:) should someone return to training?

I am at the tail end of it, have had it since wed last and am dying to get back out running or doing some resistance but am unsure as to when should be ok? whats the general consensus?

    Thanks

I think it was 12% had some sort of repository problem over christmas.

The OP said proper flu, so really should be consulting their doctor. My mates mother had "proper flu" this christmas, spent 4 days in hospital with it. If 12% of people got actual influenza the hospitals would be overflowing (even more;))
