There's a gym near you in the Quality Hotel down on the quays.

There's also a gym in Dartry (LA Fitness - no squat rack..) that's about a 15 minute walk from the Beechwood station.

That's all I can think of..

Not sure if its on the green line(dont know where that runs) but pureclass fitness studios - unreal classes..

Doing 2 a week (spinning and body conditioning) for 4 weeks now and lost 3.5 % body Fat - couldn't be happier with the results - everyone is commenting!!

I know where my new years resolution will take place..

the site is www.pureclass.ie ( close to city west just off the naas road)

hope this is helpful for you :-)

Sound boys for the reply. Stuck in work still, overtime ****. So really need gym that is close, don't have much time for trekking about.

Plus you know yourself, motivation. If it's next door it's harder to make excuses.

Not really - it's €299 opening offer and it looks pretty small. I'd say it will be basic enough. Could be ok if you're not too serious about your equipment
