Spinning classes in TF Sandyford

    Anyone else love these classes? Not sure what they are like in other gyms but i find the ones up in Total Fitness Sandyford to be very good. The instructors along with the motivational music are amazing and really helpful towards reaching your goals. My background is in athletics, however i do really enjoy the spinning classes, was just wondering if 45-60mins spinning is equivelent to the same time running?

    Yeah you're right they're great! I love them etc. etc. Can I get paid for this as well?

    Maybe you should start a collection and then when it reaches a certain amount, I'll do it... I'd say the moderators would pay plenty.
