I am joined a very basic gym which has little in the way of good weights equipment i.e squat machines, barbells

The program I want to do has the following exercises:
    • Barbell Squat
    • Bradford Press
    • Leg Press
    • Seated Rows

Are there any alternatives to the above that can be done with dumbbells, fitness balls and some basic weight machines?

    To ask the inevitable...

why at all did you join a gym that doesnt have a barbell?

Lots of them don't, and even the ones that do often don't have squat racks.

Short answer, you can do dumbbell squats, goblet squats, step ups, front squats with a EZ bar, overhead squats, lots of others. The ball is useful for things like crunches and hyperextensions and hamstring curls, not so much for squat work.

    What exactly do you have?
