Hi a friend of mine is looking to start Boxersize classes on the south side but dosent want to join a Gym. She has rang around a few places but there all north side. Can anyone make a suggestion ?? Thanks

www.bhaf.ie do boxercise classes and you do not have to be a member

Eden Fitness do them in UCD sporthall on Wednesdays too. They are completly non contact though, no glove/punchbag or anything
