I've been getting sore shins/shin splints running due to bad footwear I'm assuming. I gonna buy a pair of asics I think but I'm not sure which ones I need - so are listed for being for being for motion control, some are extra cushioned etc.
Would anyone know any models which would suit?

    Thanks

You be best off to get your gait tracked first so you know which type of shoe to go for.Runways in parnell street is a good bet.

Or amphibianking if you're out in South Dublin/Wicklow.

I had the same idea but ended up getting a pair of Sauconys after the analysis - perfect shoe for me.
