Planning a LSR for Saturday and Sunday is my lie in day. May mix them up and join yee for 5 miles or so. I probably won't though, I like lying in bed watching the Emmerdale omnibus on Sunday mornings.

Would it make sense to have separate threads for the different group sessions?

• Group LSR, Phoenix Park, weekends
• Interval sessions, UCD, Tuesday (?)
• Hill intervals, Firhouse
• Wicklow Way group run
• Ultra training, Malahide to Bray

and any others as they come up?

I think the runs that aren't Phoenix Park LSRs get lost in this thread. And even if most of the regulars know about the LSRs already, they'd be more visible if they were named in the thread title.

Has to be 9 for me I'm afraid, a certain 5 year old princess is being graded for her orange belt in Taek Won Do on Sunday @ 11.30.:D

No worries. Assuming I don't go out on saturday night I'll be there. If I did go out I'd probably not make neither 9 or 10am anyway.
