New year, new program

I have been doing a 3 day split the last few months: Mon, Wed, Fri. Squat, Deadlift, bench. I feel its getting a little stale and its time for a change.

I am confident of having time for 4 weight sessions a week so here is what I have come up with. Its based on http://www.exrx.net/Workouts/Workout2PP.html .

    Workout A

    Squat
    Bench
    Lunges
    Incline Bench
    Military Press
    DB Calf raise
    Close grip Bench

    Workout B

    Lat Pulldown
    Deadlift
    Cable row
    Shrugs
    Decline Situp
    Plank
    Incline curls

    Frequency ABXABXX.

I am going to do light cardio on the days I do weights, plus higher intensity cardio on 2 off the X days, giving me 1 full day off, probably Sundays but I think I'll vary that based on how I feel each week.

Anyone got any opinions? Criticism more than welcome.

Sorry I don't know enough to add any C&C, but just wanted to say thanks for the link. It looks like the kinda thing I was actually looking for myself, as I didn't want to split my workouts by body part as such, so you saved me some trawling around!

    Thanks :)
