Embarassing question

    Not normally on here but hope you guys can help me out.

    I'm a small skinny man with a big arse. I'm about 5foot 8 and weigh about 10.5 stone. I exercise a lot, I ran a marathon a few years ago and I play soccer about twice a week and still do the odd 10k run.

    I wouldn't call my bum fat but in proportion to rest of my skinny self it's definitely out of place. It's embarassing as a skinny man to ask this but can anyone give me some pointers on how to tone it down a bit. I'm not a member of a gym so home solutions if possible please.

    In a situation like this you have two choices

    Hard work or embrace the ass

    The hard work option will involve some training, some hard work and a lot of diet control, probably a little looking in the mirror wearing spandex repeating "my bum does not look big in this" til you believe it

    The embrace the ass option, will involve minimal commitment, a lot of sitting and eating whatever. an easier choice

    Now for the truth, in all honesty at the stats you posted I don't think you're ass is out of proportion to the rest of you, In fact i'd say from all the cardio work you've done you're legs are probably fairly thin making your ass look big. You can test this by measuring your hips if they are bigger the 39 in then its a booty if its smaller then its simply an ass.

    For stuff you can do at home try simplefit.org

    Personally if I was in your situation I'd embrace the ass size and not try shrink it but try grow the rest around it, ie the hard work option
