    I am reading other people's workouts here trying to come up with a good one for me. I really need good advice though.

    I am not totally new to the gym but i want to strenghten the body as much as possible before the GAA season starts again in April approx.

    Between now and then would it be possible to get much stronger in that space of time?
    I found it hard to put on muscle previously, but this was due to poor routines, no supplements, incorrect diet. I am 13stone 3lbs and 6"4'.

    Feel free to respond with any advice on how to lift weights, routines, and also advice on supplements if possible.
