Standard stationary bike, or a dual action bike?

    I have decided to invest in a stationary bike for some in house training.
    Im planning on using the bike for H.I.I.T as well as some general cardio.

    Which would be better? A standard stationary bike, or a dual action bike?

    Im leaning towards the latter as you get more of a full body workout + its used on the ultimate fighter. :D

    What do you guys think?

    Any advice appreciated!

    If you already own a bike for road use get a turbo trainer.

    Have you thought about where in the house you'll put it? Beware of putting it on carpet as the place will stink soon enough if you have droplets of sweat dropping on the ground.

    That doesnt sound too pleasant!..I was going to put it in the bedroom, which is carpet,,,I guess I could put it in the sitting room (wood floors) instead..

    But back to the orginal question;

    Standard stationary or dual action?
