    you ever have one of those days that you just cant get motivated to go gym ?

    Then to top it all off eat your weight in cadburys roses !

    Wats the best remedy to get me back on track - for all the funny people who say " Just dont do it" I know :)

    what do you people do when you are Bold !!

    Guilt about it is a waste of energy. Allow yourself a slip once, youre human. Tell yourself the chocolate will help ya work harder and give it an extra burst tomorrow. :)

    As they say, everything is fine in moderation. Even slobbing.

    Just remind yourself of whatever your goal is and how far youve come to reaching it. Or watch or read something motivational, like the training montage from Rocky 3 or 4.
