Lose the belly without losing weight?

    Just wondering, I have a large belly for the last year or so and when I hold it in like all the time it looks like I have really big pecks and a six pack! Its cool and everyone is fooled by it, but I can't keep up this trickery for much longer. I wanna loose the belly but not interfere with my weight?

    go on atkins for 14 days and your gut will be gone! loads of meat no bread, no beer, just wine and spirts and no carbs. trousers will be hanging off you in no time!!

    Weight training with calorie restriction.
    Lose the fat, save the muscle.

    I dont really know what I mean, you just wanna shed some bodyfat?

    If so, whenever Im cutting I usually cut my carbs down a great deal and do some more cardio. Usually I eat 2-2.25 grams of protein for each pound I weigh and about 1-1.25 grams of fat for every 3 pounds. Only carbs Id eat would be sugar in my PWO shake, and fruit and vegetables throughout the day. I still have some oatmeal for breakfast too, sometimes, depends on how Im feeling.

    You ARE going to lose weight though
