    Taken from http://www.intervaltraining.net/Lose_Belly_Fat_Fast.html

But instead of running, i plan on doing cycling interval training (on an exercise bike), mainly die to my dodgy knee.

If doing this program 3 times a week, and maybe doing some form of push up/sit up program one or 2 other days, would you say i should lose weight in 8 weeks? I'm currently 14.5 stone and am looking to lose at least a stone.

I will obviously be coupling the exercise with improved nutrition.

No, I can guarantee weight loss. If you eat less calories than you use, you'll lose weight.

Programme looks bog standard and simple OP. Give it a shot.
