    hey all,
    anyone know of a good gym in Arbour hill, stoneybatter or smithfield areas.. mostly free weights is what i am after.

    Hercules Gym, Lurgan Street. Beside Kevin Barry flats on North King street, all of 5 minutes walk from Arbour Hill.

    thanks, was just down there today taking a look around. I will be going there tomorrow to join. have to figure out some of the machines there.. very old stuff but looks interesting! looking forward to the experience.:)

    I know a few lads who train down there, local lads. I'm sure they or anyone wouldn't mind giving you a hand.
