Who is your Boards hero?

Well? Who is the poster that makes you go "Golly, what a guy/gal he/she is!" Who is the user who's latest posts you notice above all others on the front page? Who's razor-sharp wit and humbling humility makes you laugh and cry, probably at the same time? Tell us lads, who is your hero? Don't worry about teh ghey here, it's all platonic.

Mine is Degsy just because of his reactionary, take no prisoners attitude. I may not agree with 100% (or even 75%, or even 50%) of what he says but gosh, the man has a piercing venom in his posts that really sticks out for me.

Guan Yin
Dudess

Don't get me wrong there are loads more who I really enjoy but each of the above are people who stand out for different reasons. I like people who take alot of flak and yet still keep going, being themselves.

I have witnessed many comings and goings of boards personalities, tis really quite sickeningly cliquish as the usual posters with their massive post counts tend to back each other up. What annoys me the most though is how people will tend to skip over posts and only read those by members of this insidious cabal.

That said my favorite poster has to be Pighead, guy is at least original.
