Low Back Pain

    Hi all

I just recently commenced driving lessons and did 5 hours over three days 2,1 and 2 hours in that order.

The first 2 days were fine and on the third day in actual fact we drove for 2h 45m.
My lower back has been at me since yesterday afternoon. I had it before when I was hauling bags all over the place and doc said I had strained/sprained a muscle and gave me something but I can't recall what it was.
Anyway I was taking Ibuprofen and used a deep heat patch on my back. I have the spray also which I will use later.

I have noticed very little improvement. any ideas or recommendations as I struggle a lot when trying to walk.

    Thank you all in advance

    regards
    John

Simple advice. Get yo ass to a physio! Really, it is the only way to cure muscle related problems, doctors will just load you up on painkillers, that's only masking the pain.

Go to a chiropractor or a specialist or something, someone who understands backs.

Make sure your hamstrings are in good condition also. Lower back pain can be caused from an ibalance in the legs.

Please go and see a medical professional, we can't diagnose here.
