And I gained weight - I was actually surprised how fast you can put it on, I was only eating 3 bars of dairymilk a day - I found myself with a sudden fondness for them for whatever reason, I gave up the exercise because of the cold, am back at it now though - after all you only notice the cold for a couple of minutes. So i figure I will have lost the three or four pounds I put on in a week, however if I didn't get back to it and continued eating chocolate I'm sure I would have got fat quite quickly, it's easy to see how people fall into the trap

Well , I hope you do cardio kickboxing or somthing to make up fot it, I'm not best pleased with you to be honest. After all those talks we had I thought you had finally got the message. But anyways you are back on track now, see you in kickboxing :)

    Moose - What size bar were you eating 49g, 75g, 140g, 230g ?

53 gs - still have 5 left in the fridge, they taste great coming out of the fridge. I didn't actually weigh myself or anything but could just feel the extra weight - belly was more noticeable rubbing against my top lol, just a little now, just shows you though if you don't nip it in the bud. I'd say eating 3 230g bars a day would land you in big trouble fast.

Man I was eating around three, sometimes five, bars a day from September till the end of last month and it really does give ya belly to cry about!

It's hard to kick the habit but a week without 'em is all it takes!

It's crazy to think it takes so little.
I had a few beers and a pizza last friday night and couldn't find my abs for the rest of the weekend :pac:

Christmas is a worrying time now haha

Nothing wrong with putting on a "winter coat", not like theres a boards christmas beach body challenge! Maybe down forty foot though...

I think I actually lost weight last christmas.
