I have been with this company Since 2004 when they were SIP projects, The user website has been down the last two days, and I can not get anybody on the phone. Have they folded? Does anybody know anything? Thanks.

It's up now. They've never been the best for communication.

Are they still open for business? I actually thought they shutdown a few years back as they've been ignoring customers for a good while if the posts in this forum are anything to go by.
