Only for 30 minutes if your actively loading or unloading. Not in having breakfast or in a meeting.

    Newcastle Service Station : 16 August 2011

This guy was just parked. I approached his front. He wouldn't move. I had to go the far side of
him and maneuver between the two pump islands. Driver then gets out of his van and goes in
store to purchase a soft drink. He didn't purchase any diesel. Last purchase on that pump was
    for petrol.

This pi55ed me right off last week. Lashing rain near Letterkenny and these 2 within a short time.

I was shocked at the general driving and parking etiquette up there.

About an hour ago in Lidl Greenhills road. The Avensis was parked like this when I was going in

    img2011081600006.jpg

When I came out about 10 mins later the Avensis was still there and a Transit driver had just got in on the act!!

Ah, sher, its Donegal. Things are very laid back up there. Literally.
I saw the same type of parking and said it to a friend who lives there and they just don't get upset by it at all....

Maybe, but we have countless pics on this thread with mercs, jaguars, beemers, etc. suffering from the same bad parking disease.

I was in the Castlebellingham services area a little while ago and this UTTER PLANK parks a few spots over from me.
She parks the car directly across TWO parent & child spaces (no child with her), ignoring the empty spaces on either side of these spaces, heads inside for a coffee, drinks the coffee, drives off.

No excuse whatsoever, and definitely obnoxious.

These pics were on my phone and I forgot to post them:

    Classic 2-space-taker.

    171038.jpg

I wasn't sure what to say when I saw this car parked. Plenty of empty spaces in the carpark, but none close enough to the door for this woman. Rather than parking in a handicap spot, she invents a spot even closer to the door with her arse sticking out.

    171039.jpg

    171040.jpg

    The mind boggles...

    :)

2 from B&Q Naas. First one in blue tore in to the carpark like a lunatic, crossed through 4 lanes of parked cars instead of going down the driving lanes, had to stop to avoid the idiot, and then abandons ship just beside the door.

This is from a few weeks earlier with no blue sticker and loads of spaces available.

Lots of infuriating parking along the seafront on Sunday, made worse by the fact that the place was packed and I had to drive up and down several times to get parked for work.

The CL500 took the biscuit, i've seen his parking before and he doesn't give two shíts.

    3 in 1, good find

I woulda squeezed in between the mercs.

Got petrol this morning and while I was able to get to the pump not many others would (there was another van parked at the other pump who parked just after me). I filled, went in and paid, went out, snapped the scene, put on my gear, and yer man comes out with his breakfast roll etc.
