    ....shoot, I know that one, somewhere, it's the doors that ring a bell.....the glazed panels on the doors are so that, iirc, when opened, (beetle-winged), that you can see out for oncoming traffic.........

    Mind you, why you're parked ACROSS a line of oncoming traffic escapes me.....like, seeing the train coming, whilst stuck on the level crossing....!!

    I've brightened the picture so that you can see it better:

    ...but I still haven't a clue what it is. All that detail at the rear wheel cover makes it look more like a film prop rather than a real car.

    These were Giugiaro concept cars from the 80s IIRC. I remember seeing then in an old car thinking how cool they were, those rear panels were straight out of Star Wars!
