    Hey lads,

Im currently working on loosing a bit of wieght and training again now for the Connemarathon in March which I have not done before!

Anyway, below is an average daily breakdown of what im eating and doing and I just want some opinions.

    I am 6.1ft and weighing about 93KG.

I wake up each morning at about 6.45.

    8.00am:
60grams of promax diet (made with soya milk)
    1 Thermobol
porridge with one table spoon of flaxseed
Freshly squeezed orange juice (from 4/5 oranges)
Some fruit (generally a small cup of pineapple)

    11.00am:
    1 Thermobol
A yoghurt (whatevers in the fridge, either glenisk natural or some sort of low fat).
    OR a banana

    1.30pm:
    1 Thermobol
Salad with lettuce, turkey, sweetcorn, green peppers, salmon, boiled egg and maybe some balsamic vinegar.

    5.00pm:
Again either a yoghurt/banana/nutri grain bar depending on what i had earlier.

    8.00pm:
Pasta with pasta sauce and red meat generally, or a noodle dish.
    60grams of Maximuscle Promax Diet

    I am training like this:
Monday night, I play astro turf football, quiet intense.

Tuesday before supper hit the gym, more weight training and resistance training.

Wednesday before supper I do mixed martial arts training.

Thursday/Friday i do a workout based on a boxing/cardio and some upper body weight training.

I generally miss my promax shake in the evenings but I always make sure I get it on training days.

Is there anything else you can recommend or anything I am doing wrong? Am i eating breakfast too late? Generally I also dont have my promax/protein until after my porridge etc....

    What do you guys think?

Have you entered the race ? ;-)

I think you should be looking at 3 running sessions a week at a minimum.
The other stuff helps, but there is no substitue for running.
